IMPACT Pre-Service Training

IMPACT Training is an 8-week, 20-module training course developed to educate prospective adoptive families about the needs of children with "Special Needs" and how to parent them. IMPACT also helps potential resource families to make an informed decision about their desire to parent and offers enhanced parental training skills. The Giving Tree is pleased to provide the course on-site at our offices in Decatur, GA.

January 10th - February 28th

March 1st - April 26th
*No class March 22nd (Easter Weekend)
(Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm)

May 6th - June 24th
(Tuesdays 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm)

June 26th - August 14th
(Thursdays 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm)

August 23rd - October 18th
*No class August 30th (Labor Day Weekend)
